Make My Day
~a piece of stunning, original art, created for me by one of my fellow bloggers, arrived in my mailbox this morning...thank you, my friend!
~the sunshine and 60 degree temperatures, perfect for walking the dogs...
~and speaking of dogs..
~these two always make my day...
~getting very close to 20,000 words on my NaNoWriMo novel...maybe I can do this after all...
~a new tea, called Black Pearl, that comes in the cutest triangular shaped mesh bag, and has a light, mellow taste...yummy and very soothing...
~a trip to the library and bringing home Happiness Sold Separately, by Lolly Winston; On Agate Hill, by Lee Smith; What Remains, by Carole Radziwill; and for real fun, something called The Merlot Murders, A Wine Country Mystery, by Ellen Crosby. Which one to read first - always a delightful dilemma...
~the next three episodes of Big Love arriving on DVD from Netflix, my newest TV obsession since the finale of Six Feet Under...
~knowing that tomorrow is another day off...
What made your day today?

I'm so glad that you've had a good day, Becca.
What made my day today? I had a really great kickboxing workout...and someone was giving out free organic chocolate bars at the store! :-D
It does sound like you've had a good day.
Things that have made my day:
* It's Friday...followed by Saturday and Sunday
* I'm finally caught up at work following my time off
* I purchased my first Christmas gift today (it's a start!)
What a lovely post filled with gratitude.
For my day it was spending the whole day with my Darling Daughter since school was out. We played games, watched movies, and just enjoyed hanging out.
much peace & love, JP
Well done on the word count, Becca!
Feeling better after a bout of stomach flu made my day on Friday - yeah :-)

Congrats on the word count! It looks like you're well on your way to making the goal. I read an excerpt from "What Remains" sometime recently - my tracking of time is off right now - and it looks like a good book. Get the kleenex out, you'll need them. Your doggies are sweet, makes me want one too. But I'd have to convince the man and the cat. What made my day? Watching, and laughing loudly while catching up with this weeks "Grey's Anatomy". It's a small, silly thing, but anytime I laugh it's good.
Those dogs are precious! I have Carole Radziwill's book, which I found very interesting. Glad you had such a good day, after a busy and hectic week.
