No better time for apples than a cool fall evening: crisps, cobblers, cider, baked with brown sugar and butter inside...

Delicious haiku!

The apples are starting to come in here on Planet Georgia too. Fall is the best time of year here, but I still miss Michigan.

I grew up near an apple growing area and even though the orchards are almost gone the scent of ripe apples brings me back to those days. Thank you for the reminder.

Luscious haiga Becca! Dave made you harvest soup and it was scrumptious! He must do all cooking now so any quick recipes are appreciated :)

Lovely.

Between your haiku and the weather here today, I long for warm apple crisp with ice cream.
